We have always wanted a second van, now we need one.

Our 2020 Fund-A-Need appeal to purchase a second school van was planned for our May spring auction (that's right, the one that was canceled). Two vans should have doubled our capacity to provide SF-Mill Valley school transportation, to transport the entire basketball team to away games, to shuttle our middle school students to Nature Bridge in Yosemite, to take four carloads of lower school students to Westminster Woods in Bodega Bay, to McNear's Beach and on faraway field trips like Sonoma Mission and gold rush country.
Now, safety protocols for the 20/21 school year include one that reduces the number of students our van can seat. Now, instead of wanting a second van to do more, we need a second van to do what one van could. Now, it's a must-have acquisition.
We are committed to making this purchase and we are asking for your support.
We must uphold our commitment to provide school transportation for San Francisco families who rely on it and to provide opportunities for our students to safely venture together to explore the natural world and cultural and historical locations in our State.
